- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Employee Onboarding:
Develop and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. - Organizational SOPs:
Define, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR processes. - Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. - Performance Management:
Assist in setting up evaluation processes and provide feedback mechanisms. - HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
Collaborate with finance to manage payroll and employee benefits.

✅ Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. - Recruitment Expertise:
Proven track record in hiring, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. - Knowledge of HR Policies & Compliance:
Familiarity with labor laws, workplace policies, and regulatory requirements. - HR Tools & Systems:
Experience using HRMS, ATS, payroll software, or other HR tech solutions. - Employee Engagement Skills:
Ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive work culture. - Process & SOP Development:
Experience in defining and improving organizational workflows. - Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication for effective internal collaboration.
