  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding:
    Develop and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Organizational SOPs:
    Define, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR processes.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    Assist in setting up evaluation processes and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
    Collaborate with finance to manage payroll and employee benefits.

  • Experience in HR Management:
    Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Recruitment Expertise:

  • Knowledge of HR Policies & Compliance:
    Familiarity with labor laws, workplace policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • HR Tools & Systems:
    Experience using HRMS, ATS, payroll software, or other HR tech solutions.
  • Employee Engagement Skills:
    Ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive work culture.
  • Process & SOP Development:
    Experience in defining and improving organizational workflows.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
